Building community – sharing perspectives
professional meeting
Two professional days to explore possible forms of sharing through dance and with the public.
Participatory projects, community engaged projects, collaborations: these are just a few examples of how to build community through dance. These ways of sharing are created and built with local people, artists and cultural players, often considering the singularity of the context in which they are developed. How does the relationship with the public inform the artistry and the organisations, and reinvent new forms of connection?
Bringing together the experiences and practices of French, Catalan and international professionals and artists, this meeting invites us to share experiences and specificities around the theme of ‘building community’ in different contexts.
